Warrant Chains & the Authority Map.

A human keeper issues a warrant to an agent; the holder may attenuate it — narrowing scope, budget, and validity — and hand the child to a sub-delegate. Authority only ever shrinks. Verification is fully offline, and revoking any warrant cascades to its whole subtree.
